Prosecco country

Today we got up and headed to Conegliano for our private Prosecco tour  Chiara met us at the train station and we drove to three different wineries   First stop was Svolta vineyard where we tasted 4 different Prosecco's from extra dry to extra brut each was served with a food pairing and breadsticks  We had sorpressa, bread, buffalo mozzarella, cake, salumi, olive bread, and more   my head was spinning by second winery but the entire experience was so much fun.  Chiara is a certified sommalier and she was a wonderful host   id highly recommend her as your guide if you come to this area. we drove from Conegliano to Valdobbiadene - the entire heart of the 30 km long wine road   Our second stop was the Teruz vineyard  and the last was Villa Sandi .   we got a private meeting with the vineyard family at each stop   A fabulous day  -just hoping i dont have a hangover
